摘 要:通过简化重装备公路运输投送过程,建立公路运输投送模型,分析长距离远程机动和短距离高强度倒运两种情形下,部队实施重装备公路运输投送任务的数量需求,以期为部队筹划重装备公路运输投送任务提供数据支撑,确保提报的需求尽可能准确、科学。Established in the present paper is a model for the highway transportation and delivery of heavy military equipment through simplifying the process of highway transportation and delivery,with the models of the requirements in number of highway-transporting and highway-delivering heavy equipment in the conditions of long-distance,far-range mobility and short-distance,far-range high-strengthed transshipment analyzed in order to provide data support for our military troops in planning highway-transporting and delivering heavy military equipment so as to ensure the accuracy and scientific nature of the requirements demanded as much as possible.
