摘　　要：对新疆南疆农村住房现状进行了调研分析。分析了节能改造的现实需求和面临的困难,并通过对当地农村富余劳动力状况、建筑技能进行分析,提出了挖掘节能改造潜力的设想。从政策法规宣传、技术技能培训、示范工程创建等方面,提出了解决问题的多渠道、多元化措施。This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of rural housing in southern Xinjiang.Analysis of the actual needs and difficulties of energy-saving renovation.Through the analysis of the situation of rural surplus labor and construction skills,Put forward the idea of tapping the potential of energy-saving renovation.From the aspects of policy and regulation propaganda,technical skills training,and demonstration project creation,we have proposed multi-channel and diversified measures to solve the problems.
