摘　　要：健全的社会发展,离不开完整的社会结构。而社会结构的调整,也代表着社会形态的日益成熟。群众体育公共政策是整个社会系统的一个小型分支,总系统的更新,子系统必然随之改变,因此群众体育公共政策的发展方向,势必会受到社会结构调整的影响,从而由点及线,群众体育公共政策也将会受到社会调整所带来的各项挑战和机遇。那么,如何确保群众体育公共政策能够在错综复杂的社会结构调整过程中坚持自身正确方向,并且能够扬长避短,汲取正确思想,明确公共政策取向,将是本文研究的目的和意义所在。A sound social development is inseparable from a complete social structure.The adjustment of social structure also represents the growing maturity of social forms.The public sports public policy is a small branch of the whole social system,the general system is updated and the subsystem is bound to change.Therefore,the development direction of public sports public policy will be influenced by the adjustment of social structure,so that the public policy of mass sports will also be brought by the social adjustment.Challenges and opportunities.Then,it will be the purpose and significance of this study to ensure that the public sports public policy can adhere to its own right direction in the process of complicated social structure adjustment,and to draw the correct ideas and make clear the orientation of public policy.
