摘　　要：本文通过应用抽样调查法、文献分析法等方法,对中国大学生体育锻炼与体质健康情况进行了相应的调查分析。分析表明:部分大学生在进行体育锻炼的过程中,其还会受到其他外部因素影响。进而影响体育锻炼的展开。结论:通过对研究结果进行分析,总结出体育锻炼过程中,存在着的影响因素,进而提出改进对策,旨在增强学生的身体素质,推动学生综合发展。by using the methods of sampling survey and literature analysis,this paper analyzes the physical exercise and physical health of Chinese college students.The analysis shows that some college students will be affected by other external factors in the process of physical exercise.And then affect the development of physical exercise.Conclusion:Based on the analysis of the research results,this paper summarizes the influencing factors existing in the process of physical exercise,and then puts forward the improvement measures,aiming to enhance the physical quality of students and promote the comprehensive development of students.
