摘　　要：针对电力安全工器具管理流程复杂、信息化程度低、多部门数据协同一致性差、监管时效性差等问题,构建了一种基于智慧云平台的新型监管体系,充分发挥现代化技术的优势,实现电力安全工器具全生命周期自动化标准化精细化管理、全方位试验监控与全程追踪、基于大数据的智慧分析与决策支持、多部门协同融合的统一管理等功能,有效提升了监管效率,保障了作业安全。There are many difficulties in the management of electric power safety tools and apparatus,such as complex process,low information level,poor data consistency of multi-sectional coordination,poor time efficiency of supervision,etc.,therefore,a new regulatory system based on intelligent cloud platform is constructed,by making full use of the advantages of modern technologies,it realizes the functions involve automation,standardization and precise management of power safety tools throughout life cycle,comprehensive test monitoring and whole-process tracking,intelligent analysis and decision making support based on big data,uni fied management of multi-department integration,etc.,which effectively improves the efficiency of supervision and guarantees the work safety.
