基于读者画像的高校图书馆精准服务研究

摘　　要：当前图书馆各个部门的服务中存在着信息孤岛和数据壁垒现象,读者数据散落在图书馆的各个业务流程中,没有形成以读者为中心的统一数据集合。数据分析为图书馆管理工作提供了新的发展机遇,智慧图书馆的发展要从数据出发,实施数据驱动型发展战略。文章对图书馆数据进行梳理,探索资源画像和读者画像的构建步骤,分析读者画像的表现方式,探讨读者画像在图书馆中的应用,为图书馆资源建设、读者服务提供数据决策支撑。At present,there are information islands and data barriers in the services of various departments of the library.Reader data are scattered in the various business processes of the library,lacking interrelationship and integration,and forming a unified data set centered on readers.Data analysis provides new development opportunities for library management.The development of intelligent libraries should start from data and implement data-driven development strategy.This paper combs the library data,explores the steps of resource portrait and reader portrait construction,analyses the expression of reader portrait,and explores the application of reader portrait in library to provide data decision support for library resource construction and reader service.
