摘　　要：文章采用文献计量学方法,构建了人才挖掘多指标综合遴选体系,通过与学院开展深度服务,助力学校人才战略的实施,为其他高校图书馆开展类似服务提供借鉴。Based on the bibliometrics method,the paper builds a multi-index comprehensive screening system for talent mining.In-depth cooperation with the schools can help the implementation of the university talent strategy and provide similar services for other university libraries.
