摘　　要：学术集刊是兼具连续出版物与图书的属性、特征和功用的特殊类型的出版物。高校图书馆是学术集刊收藏和使用的重要机构。学术集刊的特殊性导致读者在引用过程中出现很多问题。依据参考文献著录的新规则,可以有效地确定其著录格式和方法,进一步规范其引用,提高其利用率。Academic journals are special types of publications with the attributes,characteristics and functions of both continuous publications and books.University libraries are important institutions for collecting and using academic collections,but many problems in quotations arise because of the particularity of academic journals nowadays.According to the new rules of bibliographic description,the format and method of bibliographic description can be specified effectively,and the citation can be further standardized and the utilization rate can be improved.
