摘　　要：目的:研究探讨螺旋CT对肺癌患者的诊断以及预后效果。方法:本文选取我院收治的50例疑似早期周围型小肺癌患者,分为对照组和治疗组,采用常规螺旋CT和低剂量螺旋CT进行治疗观察,从诊断结果上分析两组患者的情况。结果:从诊断结果发现低剂量螺旋CT扫描对肺癌患者诊断更为准确,灵敏性、准确性上更加可靠。结论:螺旋CT对于肺癌的诊断,准确性高,可以作为临床治疗提供依据。Objective To investigate the diagnosis and prognosis of spiral CT in patients with lung cancer.Methods This study selected 50 patients with suspected early peripheral small lung cancer admitted to our hospital,divided into control group and treatment group,using conventional spiral CT and low dose.Spiral CT was used for treatment observation,and the results of the two groups were analyzed from the diagnosis results.Results The low-dose spiral CT scan was found to be more accurate in diagnosis of lung cancer patients,and the sensitivity and accuracy were more reliable.Conclusion Spiral CT The diagnosis of lung cancer is highly accurate and can be used as a basis for clinical treatment.
