介入超选择动脉药物灌注治疗股骨头缺血坏死（Ⅰ、Ⅱ期）的临床研究及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨介入动脉灌注用药治疗股骨头缺血坏死(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)的临床研究及疗效观察。方法:将我院收治的28例股骨头缺血坏死(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)患者作为研究对象,对所有患者均进行介入超选择动脉药物灌注治疗,分析患者介入动脉灌注用药治疗后的水肿情况。结果:28例患者介入动脉灌注用药治疗后的水肿情况分析:通过对28例患者介入动脉灌注用药治疗后的水肿情况分析,Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者治疗后的水肿情况均得到了较大改善,Ⅰ期患者中0级约占60.00%,Ⅱ期患者中0级约占46.15%。结论:介入动脉灌注用药治疗股骨头坏死(Ⅰ、Ⅱ期)具有较为理想的临床治疗效果,能够有效提高患者的临床治愈率。Objective To investigate the clinical study and therapeutic effect of interventional arterial infusion for the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head(stageⅠand Ⅱ).Methods 28 patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head(stageⅠand Ⅱ)admitted to our hospital were enrolled in this study.All patients underwent interventional superselective arterial infusion therapy to analyze the edema after interventional arterial infusion.Results Analysis of edema after treatment of arterial infusion in 28 patients:After edema analysis of 28 patients with arterial infusion,the edema after treatment in patients with stageⅠand Ⅱ was greatly improved.Among the patients,grade 0 accounted for 60.00%,and grade Ⅱ patients accounted for 46.15%of grade 0.Conclusion Interventional arterial infusion for the treatment of femoral head necrosis(stageⅠand Ⅱ)has an ideal clinical therapeutic effect and can effectively improve patients'Clinical cure rate.
