摘　　要：目的:探究分析X线与超声结合对照探查胸腔肿瘤的临床意义。方法:选取2016年1月—2019年1月我院收诊的胸腔肿瘤患者60例,经由X线与超声结合对照探查,并进行具体分析。结果:结合临床表现,对所有患者的X线与超声结合对照探查胸腔肿瘤的影像学结果以及诊断结果进行分析。局限性胸膜纤维瘤,检查可见单发性病灶并常发生于胸膜,尤其以脏层胸膜较为多见。由梭形细胞组成,可见不同程度的胶原纤维与丰富的间质血管。可见胸腔积液,其中约有8%可见骨吸收。神经梢瘤,患者常觉肋间神经分布区麻木,一般病灶呈圆形,与胸膜成锐角,会有囊性改变。胸膜间皮瘤,良性胸膜间皮瘤病灶较小,会有石棉接触史。恶性胸膜间皮瘤常见于胸膜,病灶是多发性的软组织肿块,通常边界界限不清,并伴有大量胸腔积液,病变常累及多个组织。结论:X线与超声结合对照探查胸腔肿瘤可以快捷有效的获取诊断结果,对于临床诊断以及治疗具有积极意义,建议在临床广泛推广使用。Objective To explore the clinical significance of X-ray and ultrasound combined with control in the exploration of thoracic tumors.Methods A total of 60 cases of chest tumor patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected and analyzed by X ray and ultrasound combined with control.Results Combined with the clinical manifestations,the imaging results and diagnosis results of all patients were analyzed in the exploration of thoracic tumors by X-ray and ultrasound combined with the control group.Local pleural fibroma.The examination shows a single lesion which often occurs in the pleura,especially in the visceral pleura.Composed of spindle cells with varying degrees of collagen fibers and abundant interstitial blood vessels.Pleural effusion is visible,of which bone resorption is seen in about 8%.Nerve tip tumor,the patient often feels area of distribution of intercostal nerve is numbness,general focus shows circular,become acute Angle with pleura,can have cystic change.Pleural mesothelioma.Benign pleural mesothelioma has small lesions and a history of asbestos exposure.Malignant pleural mesothelioma is common in the pleura.The lesion is a multiple soft tissue mass with unclear boundaries and a large amount of pleural effusion.The lesion often involves multiple tissues.Conclusion X-ray and ultrasound combined with control in the exploration of thoracic tumors can quickly and effectively obtain the diagnosis results,which is of positive significance for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
