摘 要:采用离子交换法制备了具有核-壳结构的、十二烷基硫酸根(DS-)离子含量不同的磁性改性类水滑石(Fe3O4@(DS-HTlc))。通过透射电子显微镜、粉末X射线衍射仪、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪、有机元素分析仪、比表面分析仪、微电泳仪和振动样品磁强计等对样品进行了表征,并从吸附动力学和热力学2方面研究了Fe3O4@(DS-HTlc)对阳离子染料亚甲基蓝的吸附。结果表明:Fe3O4@(DS-HTlc)对亚甲基蓝有较好的吸附效果,吸附动力学符合准2级方程;吸附量随层间DS-含量的增多和温度的升高而增加,随pH(5.5~10)改变无明显变化。在外部磁场下,30 s内可从水溶液中分离出Fe3O4@(DS-HTlc),这为去除水中染料提供了简单的一步吸附处理方法。Fe3O4@(DS-HTlc) nanocomposites with core/shell structures modified with varying contents of dodecylsulfate ions were prepared by ion exchange method. The samples were characterized by transmission electron microscope, powder X-ray diffractometer, infrared spectrometer, inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy, organic elemental analyzer, specific surface analyzer, electrophorese instrument, and vibrating sample magnetometer.The adsorption properties of Fe3O4@(DS-HTlc) for cationic dye(methylene blue) were studied from adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics. The results showed that Fe3O4@(DS-HTlc) had good adsorption capacities for methylene blue, and the adsorption kinetics conformed to the pseudo-second-order kinetics equation. The adsorption amount increased with the increasing of interlayer DS-anions content and temperature, but did not change significantly with the change of pH(5.5~10). Fe3O4@(DS-HTlc) nanocomposites could be easily separated from aqueous solution by the external magnetic field in 30 s,it offered a simple single step adsorption treatment option to remove dye from water.
