摘  要:采用摇瓶实验,分别以FeSO4、FeS2、FeSO4+Na2S2O3、FeS2+Na2S2O3、FeSO4+S^0、FeS2+S^0为能源物质,通过生物淋滤系统SO4^2-、Fe^3+、EPS、SRF,以及病原微生物含量的变化,分析不同能源物质对生物淋滤反应及底泥深度脱水的影响。结果表明,含FeS2的复合能源物质淋滤后底泥SRF由(5.98~8.84)×10^12m/kg可降至(0.65~0.98)×1012m/kg。其中,以FeS2+S^0为能源物质时,底泥比阻可降至0.65×10^12m/kg,下降率为89.07%。底泥脱水性能的改善与淋滤酸化、氧化作用引起的TB-EPS和LB-EPS含量减少直接相关。经淋滤处理,底泥病原微生物灭活率均超过了82%,以含有S0的复合能源物质淋滤时则超过了98%。灭菌作用与淋滤反应形成的强酸环境,以及SO42-和Fe3+升高形成的氧化环境直接相关。实验条件下选择FeS2+S^0为能源物质可加速淋滤进程,实现底泥高效脱水和灭菌。FeSO4,FeS2,FeSO4+Na2 S2 O3,FeS2+Na2 S2 O3,FeSO4+S0 and FeS2+S0 were used as energy substances respectively,the effects of different energy substances on bioleaching reactions and deep dehydration of dredged sludge were analyzed by shaking flask test with SO42-,EPS,Fe3+,SRF and the content of pathogenic microorganisms in bioleaching system.The results showed that the SRF of the dredged sludge reduced from(5.98~8.84)×1012m/kg to(0.65~0.98)×1012 m/kg by the compound energy substances contained FeS2;Among them,when FeS2+S0 was used as the energy substance,the sludge SRF had reduced to 0.65×1012m/kg,which was the lowest value under the test condition,and the decrease rate reached89.07%.The improvement of sludge dehydration performance was directly related to the reduction of TB-EPS and LB-EPS content caused by leaching acidification and oxidation.After leached treatment,the inactivation rate of pathogenic microorganisms in the dredged sludge was over82%,and the leached rate of the sludge with the compound energy substances contained Sowas over 98%.Sterilization was directly related to the strong acid environment formed by leaching reaction and the oxidation environment formed by the improvement of SO42- and Fe3+.Under the test conditions,FeS2+S0 was chose as the energy substance had accelerated the leached process and achieved efficient dehydration and sterilization of the dredged sludge.
