摘 要:以牛粪为主要底物,研究了300、600、900 W超声对底物进行预处理后,对MFC的产电性能的影响。结果表明,底物经600 W超声处理后,MFC获得了最高的输出电压达到212 m V,功率密度和电流密度最大,分别达到102m W/m^2和102 m A/m^2;COD的去除率最高,达到74.6%;同时经600 W超声处理后,MFC启动后产生的VFA浓度最高,达到285 mg/L。不同超声处理后阳极液pH变化规律基本相同,分别为6.0~7.8(300 W),5.7~7.6(600 W),5.8~8.0(900 W)。风干后的阳极反应产物有机质含量为89.80%,总养分6.3%,含水率为9.5%左右,pH为7.41,达到了有机肥料的标准。The effects of various ultrasonic powers(300 W, 600 W and 900 W)to pretreat substrate on the electricity generation performance of MFC with Dairy manure as fuel were researched. The results showed that the MFC with the substrate treated by 600 W ultrasound had highest electricity generation performance, the output voltage, the power density and current density were 212 mV, 102 mW/m^2 2 and 102 mA/m^2, respectively. Besides,the removal rate of COD could reach 74.6% and the production of VFA in MFC with 600 W ultrasound treatment was 285 mg/L. The change of pH in anode chamber after various ultrasonic powers treatment was similar, and the pH was 6.0~7.8(300 W), 5.7~7.6(600 W), 5.8~8.0(900 W),respectively. The content of organic matter, total nutrient, moisture content and pH of the air-dried anodic reaction product were 89.80%, 6.3%, 9.5%and 7.41 respectively, which reached the standard of organic fertilizer.
