摘　　要：道地药材以质优效佳为世人所知,但如今相当一部分道地药材的质量逐渐降低,严重影响了道地药材的声誉。地理标志制度被广泛的应用于道地药材保护领域,地理标志制度中关于产品质量控制的规定可以在一定程度上对道地药材的质量进行监管。梳理目前地理标志制度下道地药材质量监管措施的缺陷并提出相应的改进建议。It is well known that the geo-authentic crude drug has excellent quality and efficacy,but now the quality of a considerable part of geo-authentic crude drug is declining gradually,seriously affecting the reputation of geo-authentic crude drug.Geographical indication system is widely used in the field of geo-authentic crude drug protection and the regulation of quality supervision in geographical indication can supervise the quality of geo-authentic crude drug.In this paper,the defects of the current geographic indication system were summarized and the corresponding improvement suggestions were put forward.
