急诊医学医疗事故原因分析及防范措施初探

摘　　要：急诊医学作为独立的新型综合性医学学科有其独有的学科特点。在医疗事故鉴定实践中,急诊医学鉴定的案例数比例小,但医疗事故的等级高,患者受到的损害程度大。通过统计南通市医学会2012-2018年鉴定的急诊医学医疗案例,对急诊医学发生医疗事故的原因进行分析,并针对性地提出急诊医学医疗事故的防范措施。Emergency medicine,as a new independent comprehensive medical discipline,has its own characteristics.In the practice of medical accident appraisal,the proportion of cases in emergency medical appraisal is small,but the level of medical accident is high and the degree of damage suffered by patients is large.This paper analyzed the causes of medical malpractice in emergency medicine by statistic the cases of medical malpractice in emergency medicine appraised by Nantong Medical Association from 2012 to 2018,and put forward the preventive measures to prevent medical malpractice in emergency medicine.
