摘　　要：随着高等教育的普及,青年人之中大学生所占的比例越来越高.而且大学时期是人的一生发展的重要阶段,往往会面临着交友、学习、就业、恋爱等各种问题,拥有健康的心理素质是成长成才的基础.然而随着竞争的不断加剧,学习生洽和就业等各方面的压力使得当代大学生成为心理弱势群体,因此大学生心理健康教育刻不容缓,意义重大.但是当代大学生心理健康教育却存在着普遍重视不足,实际工作中困惑较多,师资队伍单薄且不稳定等问题,有针对性提出了心理健康教育策略,以期对培养心理健康的大学生有一定的参考意义.With the development of higher education,the proportion of college students among young people is becoming higher and higher.Moreover,the university/college period is an important stage in the development of one's life,often faced with various problems such as making friends,learning,employment,love and so on.Having healthy psychological quality is the basis of growth and success.However,with the intensification of competition,the pressure of study,life and employment,contemporary college students become the vulnerable groups.Therefore,it is urgent to offer mental health education for college students,while there has some problems,such as insufficient attention,more confusion in practical work,weak and unstable teaching staff.Some effective improving strategies for mental health education were put forward in the paper.
