摘  要:大学生资助政策是为了让受助的贫困学生能顺利完成学业,并能形成正确的世界观、人生观,进而通过自己的势力来感恩社会、回馈社会.湖北文理学院实行对受助学生经济资助和育人为一体的跟踪培养政策,即受助后学生必须在学业导师和创新导师的指导下,通过针对性的心理分析和疏导、参与科研或创新洽动,建立了学业、创新、励志育人为一体的评价标准.通过此类方法的实行,结果表明,受调查的超过三分之二的受助学生的创新能力得到了明显提高,受助后的大学生洽更加充实,能力得到了明显提升.College financial aid system is a policy system which does not only help needy students finish their studies,but also help them form their correct world view,methodology and outlook on life,and then develop their grateful feeling and return the kindness to the society through their own effort.A new tracking and training policy was put into practice in Hubei University of Arts and Science by integrating financial aid and education,that is to say,under the guidance of academic tutor and innovation tutor,through targeted psychological analysis and guidance,the needy students must participate in scientific research or innovation activities in their university life,and their achievements in the learning,innovation and inspiring education can be used as evaluation criteria for further support.Through the implementation of such methods,more than two-thirds of the surveyed students/innovation ability has been significantly improved,and their university life more substantial and their ability significantly improved.
