摘　　要：对合作办学模式下95后学生管理工作的研究,是快速发展的高等教育给我们提出的一个新课题.以汉江师范学院外国语学院商务英语(航空服务方向)学生管理工作方法为例,结合学生的实际情况,探讨新形势下合作办学的模式、学生教育管理的创新途径,以保障高素质技术技能型人才的培养,适应社会经济发展的需要,同时为提高高校学生管理工作水平提供一些有益借鉴.With the development of higher education,cooperative school-running institutions are growing rapidly.The research on post-95 students management is a new subject that the rapid development of higher education puts forward to us.This paper,taking the management of Business English(Aviation Service Direction)students in Hanjiang Normal University as an example,combining with the actual situation of students,discusses the mode of cooperative school-running under the new situation and the innovative ways of students/education management so as to guarantee the training of high-quality vocational personnel and meet the needs of social and economic development.At the same time,it provides some useful reference for improving the management of college students.
