摘　　要：本文结合乌鲁木齐绿色建筑相关政策,分析了乌鲁木齐市某典型二星绿色住宅建筑主要增量成本,并通过与后期运行过程中的经济效益进行比较,得出乌鲁木齐市绿色住宅建筑主要成本增量构成以低增量成本为主,结合零增量成本和少量负增量成本的结论,以期为绿色住宅建筑在乌鲁木齐的推广提供依据。This paper analyzes the main incremental cost of a typical two-star green residential building in Urumqi combined with Urumqi's green building related policies,and by comparing with the economic benefits in the later operation process,it is concluded that the main incremental cost structure of green residential buildings in Urumqi is mainly low incremental cost,combining the conclusion of zero incremental cost and a small amount of negative incremental cost,with a view to providing a basis for the promotion of green residential buildings in Urumqi.
