桑白皮生品及蜜炙品质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:通过对10批次桑白皮生品及蜜炙品质量标准进行研究,分别建立其质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱和显微鉴别对桑白皮进行定性鉴别;对10批次桑白皮生品及蜜炙品中的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物进行研究,并分析评价。结果:在薄层色谱鉴定中,10个不同产地桑白皮样品与对照药材斑点均清晰、一致。暂定桑白皮生品水分不得过10.0%,总灰分不得过13.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得过2.5%,水溶性浸出物不得少于11.0%,醇溶性浸出物不得少于9.0%;蜜炙品水分不得过11.0%,总灰分不得过11.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得过2.0%,水溶性浸出物不得少于18.0%,醇溶性浸出物不得少于17.0%。结论:建立桑白皮生品及蜜炙品质量标准评价体系。Through research on the quality of 10 batches of raw and honey processed products of Cortex Mori,their quality standards were established.TLC and microscopical identification were used for qualitative identification of Cortex Mori.The water content,total ash content,acid insoluble ash content,water-soluble extract and alcohol-soluble extract of the 10 batches of raw and honey processed products of Cortex Mori were determined and evaluated.In TLC identification,the spots of 10 Cortex Mori samples from different producing areas were clear and consistent with those of the control group.It is recommended that the moisture of the raw products do not exceed 10.0%,the total ash do not exceed 13.0%,the acid-insoluble ash do not exceed 2.5%,the water-soluble extract be not less than 11.0%,the alcohol-soluble extract be not less than 9.0%;the moisture of the honey processed products do not exceed 11.0%,the total ash do not exceed 11.0%,the acid-insoluble ash do not exceed 2.0%,the water-soluble extract be not less than 18.0%,the alcohol-soluble extract be not less than 17.0%.The quality standards for raw and honey processed products of Cortex Mori have been established.
