摘  要:制备了以牛血清蛋白(BSA)为模板的金团簇并进行表征,以三(2-羧乙基)磷酸盐蚀刻后的牛血清蛋白金团簇为荧光探针,建立了一种新的荧光检测方法。以对硝基苯酚为研究对象,运用荧光光谱法分析了对硝基苯酚对牛血清蛋白金团簇荧光的淬灭作用。在0.02~8μmol/L浓度范围内,F 410/F 640的值与对硝基苯酚浓度范围回归方程为F 410/F 640=-0.0624 c pnp+0.4981,相关系数为0.9906,检出限为0.12μmol/L(S/N=3)。与其他常见干扰物相比,此方法具有较好的选择性。将此方法应用于检测实际样品,自来水和河流水样的回收率分别为97.9%~104.8%和98.8%~103.0%,RSD分别为1.3%~1.9%和1.1%~1.9%。该方法能够简单快速地检测对硝基苯酚,为检测环境内分泌干扰物提供了一种新方法。Gold clusters using bovine serum albumin as template were prepared and characterized.Subsequently,the product was etched by tris(2-carboxyethyl)phosphate to form fluorescent probes for the establishment of a novel fluorescence detection strategy.The quenching effect of p-nitrophenol on the fluorescence of bovine serum albumin gold clusters was investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy.In the concentration range of 0.02-8μmol/L,the regression equation of F 410/F 640 value and p-nitrophenol concentration was F 410/F 640=-0.0624c pnp+0.4981,the correlation coefficient was 0.9906,and the detection limit was 0.12μmol/L(S/N=3).In comparison of other common interferents,this method possesses favourable selectivity to the target.The method was applied to detect actual samples,and the recoveries of tap water and river water samples were 97.9%-104.8%and 98.8%-103.0%,respectively.In addition,the RSDs were 1.3%-1.9%and 1.1%-1.9%,respectively.This method can be applied to detect p-nitrophenol simply and quickly,and provides a promising novel method for the determination of environmental endocrine disruptors.
