摘  要:合成了一种基于半花菁类结构和碳碳双键加成原理的HSO-3/SO2-3荧光探针(Hcy-Br)。在PBS缓冲液体系中,通过紫外吸收与荧光发射光谱研究了探针对HSO-3/SO2-3的响应性能。探针溶液(10μmol/L)中加入HSO-3/SO 2-3(50μmol/L)后,30s即可完全反应,且在396 nm处的荧光强度增强近100倍。同时该强度随HSO-3/SO 2-3浓度(0~50μmol/L)的变化具有良好的线性关系,经计算检测限为32.5mol/L,远低于美国EPA限定的阀值96.2 nmol/L。另外探针对HSO-3/SO2-3响应后溶液由亮黄色变为无色,而加入其他的干扰物质后几乎没有颜色变化,显示了良好的抗干扰性能。探针Hcy-Br可在纯水相中特异性识别HSO-3/SO2-3。A novel hemicyanine-based fluorescent probe(Hcy-Br)for HSO-3/SO 2-3 detection based on the addition reaction of carbon–carbon double bond was synthesized.The response of Hcy-Br to HSO-3/SO2-3 was investigated by UV absorption and fluorescence emission spectroscopy in PBS buffer system.The reaction of 10μmol/L Hcy-Br and 50μmol/L HSO-3/SO 2-3 was completed in 30 s and the fluorescence intensity at 396 nm was nearly enhanced by 100 times.At the same time,the intensity had a good linear relationship in the HSO-3/SO2-3 concentration range of 0-50μmol/L.The detection limit was 32.2 nmol/L which was lower than the threshold(96.2 nmol/L)proposed by EPA(US).In addition,the color of solution changed from bright yellow to colorless after Hcy-Br responded to HSO-3/SO 2-3 while other interfering substances led to no color change,indicating the excellent anti-interference performance of Hcy-Br.
