摘  要:针对轮胎制造业存在信息化程度偏低与监测实时性较差的问题,研发了轮胎成型机监测及制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)。基于虚拟仪器开发了轮胎成型机实时监测系统,实现了轮胎成型机的集成过程控制与系统层次控制,通过与美国罗克韦尔公司的MES相结合,为企业资源计划和过程控制系统之间建立了信息交互桥梁,实现了物料自动化运输、下发、投料防误等功能;基于标准粒子群算法优化调度方案,提高了生产效率。系统投入使用后证明,该系统鲁棒性良好,设备运行数据采集实时、准确,与制造执行系统之间高效集成,数据交互快捷、易行,生产效率高。In view of low informatization and poor real-time monitoring in the tire manufacturing industry, the monitoring oftire building machine and MES ( Manufacturing Execution System) are developed. Based on the virtual instrument, a real-timemonitoring system for tire building machine is developed, which realizes the integrated process control and system-level control.Combined with MES of Rockwell Company in the United States,this system establishes an information-interaction bridge betweenenterprise resource planning and process control systems,thus realizing the automatic material transportation, delivery, andfeeding prevention. Based on the particle swarm optimization, the production efficiency is greatly improved. The application processproves that this system is robust and data collection is accurate and timely. The interaction with the manufacturing systemis effective;data exchange is easy and fast,which ensures the high efficiency in production.
