摘  要:采用热型水平连铸工艺制备了含Ag组元和Cr组元的Cu-0.52Ag-0.22Cr合金,研究了固溶时效热处理工艺对合金导电性能、力学性能以及组织的影响,并与铸态合金进行了对比分析。结果表明:连铸后组织存在明显的方向性,即一次枝晶长,二次枝晶短,导电率为54.3%IACS,硬度为56.1 HBW,抗拉强度为163.1 MPa;固溶处理后发生了再结晶晶粒长大现象,性能改善不明显;再经过时效处理后,合金组织为细小的等轴晶,合金导电性能和力学性能得到显著改善:导电率为96.8%IACS,硬度为98.7 HBW,抗拉强度为272.8 MPa,较铸态分别提高了78.3%、75.9%和67.3%。在本试验范围内,该连铸态合金经固溶和时效热处理后,可获得良好的综合性能。Cu-0.52Ag-0.22Cr alloy containing Ag component and Cr component was prepared by hot horizontal continuous casting process. The effects of solid solution and aging heat treatment on electrical conductivity, mechanical properties and microstructure of the alloy were studied and compared with those of the as-cast alloy. The results show that the microstructure of the as-cast alloy has obvious directivity, that is, the primary dendrite is long, the secondary dendrite is short, the conductivity is 54.3%IACS, the hardness is 56.1 HBW, and the tensile strength is 163.1 MPa. The recrystallized grain growth occurs after solid solution treatment, and the properties of the alloy are not improved obviously. After aging treatment, the microstructure of the alloy is fine equiaxed crystal, and the electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of the alloy are significantly improved:the conductivity, the hardness and the tensile strength are 96.8%IACS, 98.7 HBW and 278.2 MPa, respectively, which are 78.3%, 75.9% and 67.3% higher than those of the as-cast state, respectively. In this test range, the continuous as-cast alloy can obtain good comprehensive properties after solid solution and aging heat treatment.
