摘 要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热膨胀等方法等研究了添加和未添加废高铬铸铁耐磨板的两支高铬铸铁轧辊的凝固组织,以及研究了添加废高铬铸铁耐磨板对轧辊经淬火和回火热处理后的组织和硬度的影响。结果表明:添加废高铬铸铁耐磨板的轧辊的共晶M7C3碳化物数量高于未添加耐磨板的轧辊,且初生奥氏体中的二次碳化物形态和数量也不同。两支轧辊凝固组织的差异会影响轧辊热处理过程中组织转变及最终的组织和硬度。未添加废高铬铸铁耐磨板轧辊的淬火组织中存在两种尺寸的碳化物;而添加高铬铸铁耐磨板轧辊的淬火组织仅存在一种尺寸碳化物,且硬度略高于未添加废高铬铸铁耐磨板轧辊。在回火过程中,两支轧辊均在450℃出现二次硬化,而且随回火时间延长和回火温度的升高,淬火组织中粗大碳化物转变为细小的碳化物,两支轧辊的碳化物尺寸趋于一致。The solidification microstructure of two high chromium cast iron rollers with or without waste high chromium cast iron wear resistant plate was studied by means of optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD) and thermodilatometry, and the effect of waste high chromium cast iron wear resistant plate on microstructure and hardness of the roller after quenching and tempering heat treatment was studied. The results show that the amount of eutectic M7C3 carbides in the roller with waste high chromium cast iron wear-resistant plate is higher than that without wear-resistant plate, and the morphology and amount of secondary carbides in primary austenite are also different. The difference of the solidification structure between the two rollers will affect the microstructure transformation and final microstructure and hardness of the rollers during heat treatment. There are two kinds of carbides in the quenching structure of the roller without waste high chromium cast iron wear resistant plate, but only one kind of carbide exists in the quenching structure of the roller with high chromium cast iron wear resistant plate, and the hardness of the roller with high chromium cast iron wear resistant plate is slightly higher than that without the plate. During tempering, the two rollers appear secondary hardening at 450 ℃, and with the increase of tempering time and the increase of tempering temperature, the coarse carbides in quenching structure change into fine carbides, and the carbide sizes of the two rollers tend to be the same.
