摘 要:釆用4种不同施镀工艺在51CrV 4蝶形弹簧表面制备了4种镀锌层,采用目测法观察镀层的外观及镀层覆盖完整情况,采用硫酸铜试验测试分析镀层厚度的均匀性,采用划格试验法测试镀层的结合强度。结果表明:保持性活化剂+沉积性活化剂施镀和复合活化剂施镀制备的镀层均存在一定缺陷,工件表面有漏镀、镀层不完整,并且镀后蝶形弹簧边缘镀层容易脱落。通过硫酸铜置换铜层后,使得基体表面的成分改变,不易析出杂质,保持洁净,改善了锌粉颗粒在基体表面的沉积效率以及镀层与基体之间的结合强度,减少了漏镀和镀层脱落,获得了覆盖更为完整、厚度均匀的镀层,镀层的耐腐蚀性得到提高。对闪铜后施镀的两种镀层进行对比,复合活化剂施镀镀层粗糙,但结合相对较好,施镀过程也更简便。对基体经硫酸铜置换铜层后再进行施镀所得的两种镀层进行比较。Four kinds of galvanized coatings were prepared on the surface of 51CrV4 butterfly spring by four different mechanical galvanizing processes. The appearance and the complete coverage of the coatings was observed by visual inspection, the uniformity of the thickness of the coatings was analyzed by the test of copper sulfate, and the bonding strength of the coatings was tested by the method of cross-cutting. The results show that there are some defects in the coatings prepared by the plating of retention activator and deposition activator and the plating of composite activator, the surface of the workpiece has the leakage, the coating is not complete, and the edge coating of the butterfly spring is easy to peel off. After the copper layer is replaced by the copper sulfate, the composition of the surface of the substrate is changed, the impurities are not easily separated out, resulting in good surface cleanliness, and thus the deposition efficiency of the zinc powder particles on the surface of the substrate and the bonding strength between the coatings and the substrate are improved, the leakage plating and peeling off of the coating are reduced, the more complete coverage and uniform thickness of the coatings are obtained, and thus the corrosion resistance of the coatings is improved. By comparing these two kinds of coatings obtained by plating after replacing the copper layer of the substrate with copper sulfate, it is found that the coating prepared by the plating of the composite activator is rough, but the bonding strength is relatively good, and the plating process is more convenient.
