新钢公司职业技能等级认定网络管理系统构建

摘　　要：新钢公司今年被列为省职业技能等级认定首批试点单位,开展了首次职业技能等级认定。按照“谁评价、谁发证、谁负责”的原则,认定过程要实现全部“独立”,职业技能等级要突出品德、能力和业绩评价要求,认定过程的采用线下管理需耗费大量时间协调,构建一个全过程的网络化管理系统十分必要。this year,xinguang iron&steel co.,ltd.was listed as the first batch of pilot units of provincial vocational skill level certification,and carried out the first vocational skill level certification.According to the principle of"who evaluates,who issues the certificate and who is responsible",the recognition process should be completely"independent",the vocational skill level should highlight the requirements of moral character,ability and performance evaluation,the adoption of offline management of the recognition process needs to spend a lot of time coordination,it is necessary to build a whole process of network management system.
