摘 要:近年来,随着地方经济和人民对绿色出行需求的增长,城市轨道交通在各大城市呈现出井喷式的发展。地铁轨道工程施工一般采用设置铺轨基地,采用铺轨基地的料斗装载混凝土,再通过轨道车运输至施工现场,最后利用铺轨小吊将混凝土浇筑入模的混凝土浇筑方式。由于混凝土料斗内混凝土处于静止状态,容易导致混凝土结块而影响混凝土质量,不适于长距离运输;其次需在隧道内用铺轨小车进行二次搬运,工序复杂,浇筑速度慢。现采用轨行式混凝土罐车直接浇筑整体道床混凝土,从设备、工装配套到质量控制要点进行分析研究,确保了可靠性、实用性,保证了混凝土性能,提高了浇筑效率。in recent years,with the growth of local economy and people's demand for green travel,urban rail transit has shown a spurt of development in major cities.In the construction of subway track engineering,the laying base is generally adopted,and the hopper of the laying base is used to load the concrete,which is then transported to the construction site by rail car.Finally,the concrete is poured into the mold by means of small laying crane.Because the concrete in the concrete hopper is in the static state,it is easy to lead to the concrete caking and affect the concrete quality,so it is not suitable for long-distance transportation.Secondly,it is necessary to carry out secondary transportation in the tunnel with the rail-laying trolley.The process is complicated and the casting speed is slow.Now the rail type concrete tank truck is used to directly pour the whole road bed concrete,from the equipment,tooling supporting to the quality control points for analysis and research,to ensure the reliability,practicality,ensure the concrete performance,improve the pouring efficiency.
