大型体育场馆服务中制度失效及对策研究

摘　　要：大型体育场馆作为体育产业发展的重要载体备受关注。可是,场馆服务中制度保障不同程度地制约场馆效益的实现。采用文献资料、调查、逻辑分析等研究方法,从我国大型体育场馆服务中的制度保障入手,就场馆服务中的制度失效进行研究。结果表明:大型体育场馆服务中存在纵向管理制度不深入、横向管理制度不到位、日常管理制度不完善等问题,提出强化管理主体职能、完善制度内容设计、推进制度执行落实、注重制度评价反馈等对策。Large sport venue as an important carrier for sports industry development has attracted a lot of attention.However,system assurance in venue service restricted venue benefit realization to different extents.By using research methods such as literature data,survey and logic analysis etc,the authors made an in-depth study of system failures in venue service,starting with system assurance in large sports venue service in China.The results indicate that there were problems in large sports venue service,such as the vertical management system being not thorough,the horizontal management system being not in place,the daily management system being imperfect,etc.The authors put forward countermeasures such as intensifying management subject functions,perfecting system content design,boosting system execution and implementation,valuing system evaluation and feedback,etc.
