摘 要:新一代人工智能技术发展迅速,不断催生着教育的新形态、新业态,教育方式总体转向智能化的潮流已经开始。世界各国多种智能教育产品已经落地,我国一些地方已开始打造智能教育城市、智慧校园。通过对我国教育领域应用和推动人工智能发展情况的调研,对主要发达国家推动人工智能发展举措的梳理,及对人工智能技术特点的分析,认为人工智能是未来社会的基础性、环境性要素;教育部门需要主动应对,抓机遇、迎挑战,激发与光大我国人工智能创新发展的独特优势,为创新型国家建设服务。依据对机遇与挑战的分析,进一步提出了教育和人工智能相互赋能的九项政策建议。The rapid development of a new generation of artificial intelligence technology has continually spawned new forms of education and new forms of business. The trend of the overall shift of education methods to intelligence has begun. A variety of intelligent education products have been put on the world, and some places in China have begun to build smart education cities and smart campuses. This paper investigates the use and promotion of artificial intelligence in the field of education in China, analyzes the development of artificial intelligence in major developed countries, and analyzes the characteristics of artificial intelligence technology. It is proposed that artificial intelligence is the basic and environmental element of future society. To this end, the education sector needs to take the initiative to respond, seize opportunities, meet challenges, and stimulate the unique advantages of China’s artificial intelligence innovation and development, and serve the construction of innovative countries. Based on the analysis of opportunities and challenges, nine policy recommendations for the mutual empowerment of education and artificial intelligence are proposed.
