粤港澳大湾区建设背景下澳门高等教育发展的动力、定位和走向  

Motivation, Orientation and Trend of Macao Higher Education in the Construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area

摘　　要：粤港澳大湾区建设给澳门高等教育发展带来了重要的契机。澳门高等教育可通过粤港澳三地教育资源整合,提升其高等教育发展质量,助推大湾区建设。研究表明:澳门高等教育教育融入湾区建设的动力主要来源于两方面,第一是解决自身教育问题,第二是彰显澳门发展特色。在大湾区战略部署下,澳门高等教育的发展定位主要体现在如下四个方面:培养复合型人才,促进经济适度多元可持续发展;促进文化交流,传承中华民族优秀文化;彰显科创特色,推动湾区国际科技创新;加强思想建设,提高公民参与热情。结合湾区建设的发展诉求和澳门高等教育发展的优势与不足,澳门高等教育的未来走向将表现为:加快澳门高等教育国际化进程;引领澳门高等教育创新发展;推动澳门高等教育多元协同高质量发展以及促进湾区内不同高校深度融合发展。The construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has brought important opportunities to the development of higher education in Macao. Macao higher education can improve the quality itself and promote the development of the Bay Area, through the integration of education resources in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Greater Bay Area. Research shows that the motivation for the integration of higher education in Macao into the construction of the Bay Area mainly comes from two aspects. The first is to solve its own problems, and the second is to highlight the development characteristics of Macao. Under the background of the Greater Bay Area, the development orientation of Macao’s higher education is mainly reflected in the following four aspects: Cultivating inter-disciplinary talents and promoting a moderately diversified and sustainable economic development;Promoting cultural exchanges and inheriting the excellent culture of the Chinese nation;Highlighting the characteristics of international scientific and technological innovation in the Bay Area;Strengthening ideological construction and increasing enthusiasm for citizen participation. Combining the development demands in the construction of the Greater Bay Area and the advantages and disadvantages of the development of higher education in Macao, the future trend of higher education in Macao will be arranged as follows: Accelerating the process of internationalization in Macao higher education;Leading the innovative development of higher education in Macao;Promoting the in-depth integration of different universities in the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Great Bay Area.
