摘 要:利用等温退火、金相分析、极化曲线、交流阻抗测试等手段研究了单一稀土元素Ce对2.9%Si-0.8%Al无取向硅钢退火组织及腐蚀性能的影响。结果显示,随Ce含量的增加退火试样的晶粒尺寸先减小后增大,并且退火温度越高晶粒尺寸越大。电化学测试结果表明,随Ce含量的增加,试样的耐蚀性能先降低后提高。这主要是因为,一定量的Ce的加入使晶粒尺寸增大,晶界面积减小,增大了夹杂或其他杂质元素分布的不均匀性,造成耐点蚀性能的降低。而较多Ce含量反而使试样晶粒尺寸减小,晶界总面积增大,减小了夹杂物或其他杂质元素分布的不均匀性,提高了试样的耐点蚀性能。Effect of Ce on microstructure and corrosion resistance of annealed 2.9%Si-0.8%Al non-oriented steel was investigated by means of the methods of isothermal annealing,metallographic examination,polarization curves measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy technologies.The results show that grains size of the annealed specimens increases first and then decreases with the increase of Ce content.Moreover,the grain size increases with the increase of annealing temperature.The electrochemical results show that the corrosion resistance of specimens decreases first and then improves with the increase of Ce content.The addition of some Ce element in 2.9%Si-0.8%Al non-oriented steel makes the grain size increase and total grain boundaries decrease.So the inhomogeneity distribution of inclusion or other impurity elements is raised which induces the poor pitting corrosion resistance.However,the grain size decreases and total grain boundaries increase due to the addition of more Ce element in specimens,which decreases the inhomogeneity distribution of inclusion or other impurity elements and improves the pitting corrosion resistance.
