摘 要:采用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机模拟实际生产中加热过程及热变形过程,对1Cr17Ni2钢进行热拉伸试验,结合组织观察分析了加热温度及变形温度对1Cr17Ni2钢热塑性的影响及造成这种影响的机理。试验结果表明,1Cr17Ni2钢热塑性随加热温度的升高而降低,但加热温度对1Cr17Ni2钢热强性影响不大,1Cr17Ni2钢在900℃以上变形均具有良好的塑性,1 Cr17Ni2钢热塑性是由动态再结晶完成程度及体积分数决定,动态再结晶越充分,热塑性越好。Heating process and the thermal deformation process of 1Cr17Ni2 steel in actual production were simulated,and the hot tensile test of 1Cr17Ni2 steel was carried out.Combined with microstructure observation,the influence of heating temperature and deformation temperature on the thermo plasticity of 1Cr17Ni2 steel and the mechanism of it were analyzed.The results show that the thermo plasticity of 1Cr17Ni2 steel decreases with the increase of heating temperature,but the effect of heating temperature on the thermal strength of 1Cr17Ni2 steel is not significant.The deformation of 1Cr17Ni2 steel above 900℃has good plasticity.The thermo plasticity of 1Cr17Ni2 steel is determined by the degree of completion and the volume fraction of dynamic recrystallization.The fuller the dynamic recrystallization is,the better the thermo plasticity is.
