摘 要:针对16Mn钢设计了3种不同的热处理工艺,利用光学显微镜对不同热处理工艺下试验钢的显微组织进行了观察,并且利用拉伸和冲击试验机对试验钢的力学性能进行了测定。结果表明:常规正火工艺下试验钢的显微组织为铁素体+珠光体的混合组织,力学性能达到Q345C级别钢种的要求;而正火后添加水冷加速冷却可以细化试验钢的显微组织,改善带状组织,力学性能达到Q345D级别的要求;试验钢经控轧控冷+回火工艺处理后,钢中的M-A组元消失,板条状组织合并长大,显微组织转变为回火贝氏体,屈服强度可以达到Q370~390的级别,低温冲击韧性可以达到E级。Three different heat treatment processes were designed for 16Mn steel.The microstructure of the tested steel under different heat treatment processes was observed by optical microscope,the mechanical properties of the steel were measured by tensile and impact testing machine.The results show that the microstructure of the tested steel under normal normalizing process is ferrite and pearlite,the mechanical properties meet the requirements of grade Q345C steel;The addition of water cooling after normalizing can refine the microstructure and improve the banded structure of the tested steel,the mechanical properties meet the requirements of grade Q345D steel;the tested steel under the thermo mechanical rolling process and tempering process,the M-A component disappearance and the lath-like structure turn up merger and growth,the microstructure transform to tempered bainite,the yield strength can reach the Q370-390,and the low temperature impact toughness can reach to E grade.
