基于数据挖掘中医药治疗银屑病用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:分析治疗银屑病方剂的组方用药配伍规律,为银屑病的临床治疗提供依据。方法:基于筛选中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、PubMed数据库收录治疗银屑病方剂,采用频次分析、系统聚类分析、关联规则分析等数据挖掘方法对筛选方剂的组方用药进行分析。结果:共筛选327首治疗银屑病方剂,涉及中药240味,出现频数最高的单味药为生地黄(204次);聚类数目为9类时较好,常用药物有生地黄、赤芍、甘草、牡丹皮、当归、土茯苓、丹参、白鲜皮、紫草、白花蛇舌草等;关联分析显示,当归配伍川芎、生地黄配伍水牛角、桃仁配伍红花为已知常用药对。结论:治疗银屑病处方多以清热、凉血、解毒、滋阴、活血化瘀法为主,而生地黄→板蓝根、生地黄→白茅根以及藤类药、虫类药的使用值得进行进一步讨论,进而为中医方剂治疗银屑病的临床研究和新药开发提供一定参考。Objective:To analyze the formula rules on treating psoriasisand provide research basis for clinical treatment.Methods:The formulaefor treating psoriasis were selected from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database,WANFANG database,WEIPU database,China Biology Medicine disc(CBM)and PubMed database.The methods of data mining,such as frequency analysis,clustering and association rules analysis were used to analyze the formula rules.Results:A total of 327 formulaefor treating psoriasis,including 240 kinds of herbs.Rehmannia Root wasused most frequently,up to 204.The number of clustering categories was better in 9,and the commonly-used herbs were Rehmannia Root,Paeonia lactiflora Pall,Liquorice Root,Tree Peony Bark,Chinese Angelica,Glabrous Greenbrier Rhizome,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Densefruit Pittany Root-barkRoot,Sinkiang Arnebia and Spreading Hedyotis Herb.The association rules analysis showed that the known commonly-used drug pairs were the compatibility of Chinese Angelica and Szechuan Lovage Rhizome,Rehmannia Root and Buffalo Horn,Peach Seed and Safflower.Conclusion:The formulae for treating psoriasiswere mainly antipyretic,blood-cooling,detoxifying,nourishing Yin and blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs.The compatibilities of Rehmannia Root and Indigowoad Root,Rehmannia Root and Lalang Grass Rhizomeand the use of vine and wormlike drugs are worthy of further discussion,which could provide some reference for the research of TCM formula theory in the treatment of psoriasis and the development of new drugs.
