安神养血汤结合中药脐贴治疗亚健康临床疗效及对Th1/Th2平衡漂移的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究安神养血汤结合中药脐贴治疗亚健康的临床疗效及对Th1/Th2平衡漂移的影响。方法:选择2016年7月—2018年4月医院收治的亚健康人群124例,根据Excel随机表格法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组62例。对照组采用健康宣传干预,研究组采用安神养血汤和中药脐贴治疗,7 d为1个疗程,两组均治疗4个疗程。比较两组治疗前后老中医症候积分、治疗疗效,两组治疗前后身体、情志和精力状况评分、生活质量评分、Th1和Th2免疫指标分析。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为91.94%高于对照组治疗总有效率的48.39%(P<0.05);且研究组治疗后中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后身体、情志和精力状况评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康和健康状况变化评分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后血清IL-2和INF-γ含量高于对照组,IL-4和IL-6含量低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:安神养血汤结合中药脐贴对亚健康状态的改善作用确切,能有效的改善机体的疲劳程度,提高了机体的细胞免疫功能,提高了生活质量,改善了亚健康状态,值得进一步研究探讨。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Anshen Yangxue Decoction combined with Chinese medicine umbilicus paste in the treatment of sub-health and the effect on Th1/Th2 balance drift.Methods:Totally 124 cases of sub-healthy people admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to April 2018 were selected,which were divided into study group and control group according to the Excel random table method,with 62 cases in each group.The control group received health promotion intervention,and the research group received Anshen Yangxue Decoction and traditional Chinese medicine umbilicus paste therapy.There was one course of treatment for 7 d,and four courses for both groups.The scores of TCM syndromes and therapeutic effects before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the scores of physical,emotional and energy status,quality of lifeand Th1 and Th2 immune indexes were analyzed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 91.94%,higher than 48.39%of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes after treatment in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The physical,emotional and energy status of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The changes of physiological function,physiological function,body pain,general health status,vitality,social function,emotional function,mental health and health status in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of IL-2 and INF-B in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and IL-4 and IL-6 were lower than those in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Anshen Yangxue Decoction combined with Chinese medicine umbilicus paste has a definite effect on improving sub-health status,which can effectively improve fatigue degree of the body,cellular immunity function of the body,quality of life andsub-health status.
