柴胡桂枝汤加减对围绝经期综合征血管舒缩功能失调血清FSH、LH、E2水平和子宫内膜厚度影响

摘　　要：目的:分析柴胡桂枝汤加减对围绝经期综合征血管舒缩功能失调血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平和子宫内膜厚度影响。方法:选取医院(2016年1月—2018年9月)收治的围绝经期综合征血管舒缩功能失调84例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(西医治疗)和观察组(柴胡桂枝汤加减联合西医治疗),分析两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组中医症状积分、性激素水平及子宫内膜厚度比较不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组E2水平高于对照组,中医症状积分、FSH、LH水平低于对照组,但子宫内膜厚度与对照组比较不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组改良Kupperman评分比较不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。1个疗程和3个疗程后,观察组改良Kupperman评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡桂枝汤加减治疗围绝经期综合征血管舒缩功能失调可减轻患者临床症状,增厚子宫内膜,可能与调节生殖内分泌有关。Objective:To analyze the effect of Chaihu Guizhi decoction on serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)and endometrial thickness in patients with vasomotor dysfunction of peri-menopausal syndrome.Methods:From January 2016 to September 2018,84 patients with vasomotor dysfunction in perimenopausal syndrome were selected.According to the treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups:control group(western medicine treatment)and observation group(Chaihu Guizhi decoction combined with western medicine treatment).Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom score,sex hormone level and endometrial thickness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of E2 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the score of TCM symptom and the level of FSH,LH were lower than those in the control group,but the endometrial thickness had no statistical significance compared with the control group(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the modified Kupperman score between the two groups(P>0.05).After one course of treatment and three courses of treatment,the modified Kupperman score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of vasomotor dysfunction of peri-menopausal syndrome with Chaihu Guizhi decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms and thicken the endometrium,which may be related to the regulation of reproductive endocrine.
