大承气汤联合麦粒灸治疗术后胃肠动力障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨大承气汤联合麦粒灸治疗术后胃肠动力障碍的临床疗效研究。方法:选取2015年1月—2018年1月在医院治疗的98例晚期胃癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各49例。观察组采用大承气汤联合麦粒灸治疗,对照组采用麦粒灸治疗。观察并记录肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气及排便时间。结果:对照组患者肠鸣音恢复、肛门排气及排便时间各方面均不及观察组,具统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后总有效率(91.84%)明显高于对照组(77.55%),差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大承气汤联合麦粒灸治疗术后胃肠动力障碍,可提升患者临床疗效,改善患者胃肠动力,缩短患者康复时间,患者认可度高,值得推广以及应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Dachengqi Decoction combined with wheat-grain moxibustion in the treatment of postoperative gastrointestinal motility disorders.Methods:Ninety-eight patients with advanced gastric cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Dachengqi Decoction combined with wheat-grain moxibustion,and the control group was treated with wheat-grain moxibustion.We observed and recorded the recovery of bowel sounds,anal exhaust and defecation time.Results:The recovery of bowel sounds,anal exhaust and defecation time in the control group were lower than those in the observation groupwith statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate(91.84%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.55%).The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dachengqi Decoction combined with wheat-granule moxibustion can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with gastrointestinal motility,improve the gastrointestinal motility of patients,shorten the recovery time of patientsand have high recognition of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
