摘  要:弧形钢闸门开启泄流过程中时常存在严重的振动问题,有必要研究此过程中水流诱发的振动机理,避免闸门剧烈振动。结合实际工程中某胸墙式弧形钢闸门,考虑上下游水位工况,应用ANSYS FLORTRAN多场耦合分析平台,采用SOLID187实体单元模拟面板,建立多种开度下的水体-弧门耦合模型。对该模型进行瞬态求解,研究了闸下淹没出流及考虑水体-弧门耦合作用时动水压力作用下弧形闸门的结构响应特性。结果表明:在0.05~0.20开度区间,面板中心节点振动比较剧烈,且主要构件的较大位移区域和较大应力区域主要分布在构件的上半部分;在某一瞬时(t=0.92 s),各主要构件较大位移和较大应力的分布区域随开度的递增呈现自上而下移动的变化规律;不同开度下各主要构件水流方向的位移最大,竖直方向的位移次之,侧向位移最小;主要构件中面板、主横梁和纵梁位移相对较大,支臂位移最小;面板在0.20开度下应力达到最大值,主横梁和支臂折算应力在0.75开度下达到最大值。Serious vibration problems often occur in the process of opening and discharging radial steel gates.It is necessary to study the mechanism of flow⁃induced vibration in this process so as to avoid severe vibration of the gates.Combined with a breast⁃wall arc steel gate in a practical project,considering the upstream and downstream water level conditions,using ANSYS FLORTRAN multi⁃field coupling analysis platform,using SOLID187 solid element to simulate the panel,the water body⁃arc gate coupling model under various openings was estab⁃lished.The model was solved instantaneously,and the structural response characteristics of the radial gate under hydrodynamic pressure were studied when the submerged outflow under the gate and the water body⁃radial gate coupling were considered.The results show that in the 0.05-0.20 opening range,the vibration of the central node of the panel is more intense,and the larger displacement area and the larger stress ar⁃ea of the main component are mainly distributed in the upper half of the component;at a certain instant(t=0.92 s),the distribution area of the larger displacement and the larger stress of each main component presents a top⁃down change law with the increase of the opening;at dif⁃ferent openings,the main structure presents a top⁃down change law.The displacement along the flow direction is the largest,followed by the vertical displacement,and the lateral displacement is the smallest;the displacement of the panel,the main cross beam and the longitudinal beam is relatively large,and the displacement of the supporting arm is the smallest;in terms of stress,the stress of the panel reaches the maximum at the opening of 0.20,and the converted stress of the main cross beam and the supporting arm reaches the maximum at the opening of 0.75.
