中速机油DCB4030H在海洋钻井平台上的应用研究

摘　　要：文章介绍了由中国石油上海润滑油分公司所生产的中速机油DCB4030H(TBN 30 mg KOH/g,SAE 40),成功应用于中国海油天津分公司钻井平台。该油品经过近4000 h运行后,对发动机的拆机检测表明,油品抗磨损性能优异,缸套、活塞环及连杆上、下轴瓦磨损均在发动机制造商规定的正常、合理范围内;清净分散性能优异,发动机活塞环槽、冷却腔无积炭及油泥。同时对油品持续跟踪检测表面,油品的碱值保持性能、水分及闪点指标均良好,黏度保持较好。油品完全可以替代原用进口油品。This paper describes TPEO DCB4030 H( TBN 30 mg KOH/g,SAE 40) produced by PetroChina Shanghai Lubricant Company,which has been successfully applied to offshore oil drilling platform in CNOOC Tianjin Company.After 4000 hours of operation,the engine disassembly test shows that the lubricant has excellent wear resistance,the wear rate of piston liner,piston ring and connecting rod upper and lower bearings is within normal and reasonable limit range of OEM,and the lubricant shows excellent detergency and dispersancy,without deposit and sludge in ring grooves and piston head cooling chamber of engine.At the same time,the continuous monitoring results show that the lubricant has excellent base number retention,the water content,viscosity,and flash point are all in normal range.This lubricant product can completely replace the original imported lubricant.
