摘　　要：320号冷冻机油多应用于R22(一氟二氯甲烷)型的高效制冷机组。通过对比各类合成酯的低温性能及与R22的相溶性,筛选出合理的高黏度型复合酯的工艺方案。目标产品具有优异的低温性能、热化学稳定性、水解稳定性以及与制冷剂的良好相溶性,产品性能达到DIN 51503-1:2011-01标准的要求。ISO 320 refrigeration oil is usually applied in high efficiency refrigeration system with R22( mono-fluoro-di-chloro-methane).The low temperature performance and compatibility with R22 of a variety of synthetic esters were compared.The appropriate technology of multi-polyol ester with high viscosity was chosen.The target product which accords with the demands of DIN 51503-1: 2011-01 standard has excellent low temperature performance,compatibility with R22,thermo-chemical stability and the resistance to hydrolysis.
