摘 要:润滑油在使用过程中,抗泡性能差会造成设备磨损、能耗增大、压力降低等问题。因此,在润滑油生产过程中要加入抗泡剂,以增强润滑油的抗泡性能。文章简要阐述了泡沫产生的原因,两种抗泡剂T901和1#(T921)抗泡剂的作用机理,考察了两种抗泡剂在不同加入比例下对油品的抗泡性能以及外观安定性能的影响。结果表明,选用1#抗泡剂,加入量在10~20 mg/kg之间时,抗泡效果良好、外观透亮。During the use of lubricating oil,poor anti-foam performance tends to bring about several problems,such as equipment wear,energy consumption increase,pressure reduction,etc.Hence,in the production process of lubricating oil,anti-foaming agent should be added to enhance the anti-foaming performance of lubricating oil.In this paper,the causes of foam and the action mechanisms of two anti-foaming agents T901 and 1#( T921) are described briefly.Effects of two anti-foaming agents on the anti foaming performance and appearance stability of oil products at different adding proportions are investigated.The results show that,when 1#anti-foaming agent is selected and the dosage is 10 ~ 20 mg/kg,the anti-foam effect is obviously good and the appearance is transparently bright.
