摘 要:针对日益严格的汽油机油燃油经济性要求,利用MTM试验机开发模拟节能的评价手段,通过GF-5节能汽油机油开发建立减摩节能试验方法,并完成对不同燃油性提高油品的考察。试验结果表明:建立的模拟试验能够测试并区分不同燃油性提高油品的减摩节能效果,与程序ⅥD节能台架试验有较好的对应,为GF-5节能汽油机油的开发提供了关键的评价手段和模拟方法解决方案。In view of the increasingly strict fuel economy requirements of gasoline engine oil,the MTM testing machine was used to develop the evaluation means of simulating energy saving.Through the development of GF-5 energy-saving gasoline engine oil,the friction-reducing and energy-saving test methods were established,in the meantime the investigation of different FEI oil was completed.The test results show that the established simulation test can test and distinguish the friction-reducing and energy-saving effects of fuel products with different FEI,which is in good accordance with the sequence ⅥD energy-saving bench test,and provides a key evaluation means and simulation method solution for the development of GF-5 energy-saving gasoline engine oil.
