摘　　要：布彦乌勒哲依图是晚清乌讷恩苏珠克旧土尔扈特南路盟汗王。在同治光绪年间的回民起事中,他为了保护和安置土尔扈特难民奔波于阿勒泰、京师和喀喇沙尔游牧地之间,从民族安定大局出发,采取了有效措施,终于使南路盟土尔扈特部众返回原来的游牧地,走上了重新发展的道路。本文将依据中外史载和清代满汉文档案,对布彦乌勒哲依图在其内忧外患背景中的政治活动进行综合与评价,试图揭示晚清南路盟土尔扈特蒙古的社会生活。Buyan-uljeitu was the Khan of the South League of Unensujigtu Old Torguud during late Qing. To protect and settle down the Torguud refugee,he went forth and back between Altai,Bejing and Khar-shar nomadic pasture during Muslim Rebellion in the reigns of the Tongzhi and Guangxu. He adopted effective measures from the big context of the national safety,finally sent the South League Turguud people back to their original nomadic pasture. It turned out to be an all new developing road. This paper summarizes and evaluates the political activities of Buyan-uljeitu in the environment of internal and external turmoil according to the domestic and abroad historical records and Manchu-Han Chinese archive of the Qing,also reveals the social life of the Torguud Mongols of the South League in late Qing.
