摘  要:计算材料科学是一门处于高速发展的交叉学科,利用数值模拟技术对熔模精密铸造过程进行仿真模拟正在逐步发展和实际应用。介绍了PROCAST有限元模拟软件的工作模块构成和数值模拟分析流程,通过研究高温合金凝固缺陷形成机制,预测缩孔、热裂纹、冷隔、浇不足等宏观冶金缺陷;通过模拟不同参数并对比实际产品质量情况,用以确定较理想的铸造工艺,包括冶炼参数和浇注系统设计。研究表明:模拟软件PROCAST能够较准确地预测铸件在充型凝固过程中产生的缺陷,通过多次模拟预测,优化浇注系统、模壳温度、浇注温度、浇注速度和定向凝固拉伸速度,确定最优工艺方案,可以明显减少铸件缺陷,提高铸件质量,降低生产成本。Numerical material science is an interdisciplinary subject with rapid development.Simulation in investment casting process by numerical simulation technology is gradually developing and being applied in practice.Working module and analysis flow of PROCAST FEA software will be studied.In order to predict macroscopic metallurgical defects,such as shrinkage cavity,heat crack,cold shut and misrun,defect formation mechanism is studied.By simulating different parameters and comparing the real product results,the ideal casting process can be determined,including casting parameters and gating system.The results show that PROCAST can accurately predict the defects.The ideal casting technology,through optimizing the gating system,the mold temperature,casting temperature,casting speed and withdrawal rates of directional solidification,can reduce the defects,assure the quality of casting,decrease the developing and manufacturing cost.
