高流变成型后样品不同位置对Zr57Cu20Al10Ni8Ag5块体金属玻璃室温塑性及断裂强度的影响

摘  要:利用高流变方法成型将Zr57Cu20Ni8Al10Ag5铸态块体非晶制成棒状试样,探究了棒状试样不同高度位置对室温压缩塑性及断裂强度的影响。结果表明,经高流变方法成型后样品的室温压缩塑性均明显高于铸态样品塑性,棒状试样的压缩塑性由底部至上部依次降低,而断裂强度逐渐增加。扫描电镜断口拍摄结果显示经过压缩测试后的底部样品脉状花样数量明显高于上部样品。高流变成型后试样的自由体积含量从底部至上部依次降低,这是高流变成型后不同位置塑性产生变化的根本原因。为高流变成型方法在日后投入实际生产和控制产品质量提供了重要的指导意义。The effect of different positions of sample treated by high rheological rate forming(HRRF)method on room temperature compressive plasticity and fracture strength of Zr57Cu20Al10Ni8Ag5 bulk metallic glass were investigated.The result indicated the compressive plasticity of sample treated by HRRF was superior to as-cast.Moreover,the plasticity of samples treated by HRRF decrease whiles the fracture strength increase from bottom to top.The SEM observation result shows the number of vein-like pattern of bottom sample apparent higher than top sample.The free volume content decrease from bottom to top is account for variation of plasticity and fracture strength.The study provided important guidance for the application of the HRRF method to the actual production and control of product quality in the future.
