摘 要:介绍了俄罗斯低膨胀合金Fe-Ni-Co-C和FeNi30Co10Ti3合金研发概况。开发的铸造型Fe-Ni-Co-C用于宇宙飞行器头部的导流锥,用于石英或玻璃陶瓷封接的关键大尺寸异性金属框架,其典型合金居里温度为352℃,在300℃的平均线膨胀系数低于3.5×10-6 K-1。变形FeNi30Co10Ti3属于高强度低膨胀合金,采用真空感应熔炼+热变形+冷变形的工艺,采用热膨胀仪研究了过饱和固溶体的析出行为,以及时效处理对合金硬度、磁性、电导率的影响。The development situation of low-expansion alloys Fe-Ni-Co-C and FeNi30Co10Ti3 alloy in Russia is introduced.The developed cast Fe-Ni-Co-C is used for diversion cone in aircraft as key large-size heterogeneous metal frame for quartz or glass-ceramic sealing.Its typical alloy Curie temperature is 352℃.The TEC of 300℃ is lower than 3.5×10-6 K-1.Deformed FeNi30Co10Ti3 is a high-strength low-expansion alloy,which is melted by VIM furnace,then forged and cold-rolled.The precipitation behavior of supersaturated solid solution is studied studied by thermal dilameter,also the effect of aging treatment on hardness,magnetic properties and electrical conductivity of the alloy are studied.
