摘　　要：国医大师张琪教授,从事中医临床70余载,擅治内科系统疾病,其中治疗冠心病经验丰富。张琪教授认为,冠心病的病机多为心肾亏虚,瘀血阻滞,病位在心,与肾关系密切。在治疗上尤其重视补肾活血,益气养心,交通心肾之法,同时,特别重视辨证灵活加减论治,疗效显著。Professor Zhang Qi, the Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine, had been engaged in clinical practice of TCM for more than 70 years. He was good at treating diseases of internal medicine system, especially in the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease. According to Professor Zhang Qi, the pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency of heart and kidney and blockage of blood stasis, the location is in the heart and is closely related to the kidney. In the treatment, the method of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation, invigorating qi and nourishing heart is especially emphasized. At the same time, special attention should be paid to the flexible addition and subtraction of prescriptions based on differentiation of symptoms and signs, and the curative effect is remarkable.
