摘　　要：心房颤动(以下简称房颤)是最常见的一种心律失常,现代医学治疗房颤多分为药物治疗与非药物治疗,然而由于其发病机制尚未完全阐明,抗心律失常药仍有明显不足之处,非药物治疗还存在效果不明显、易复发、毒副作用大、价格昂贵等弊端。近年来,中医药在防治房颤上有明显优势,刘超峰经过多年临床经验总结,以中西医相结合的角度,从"阴阳失衡、痰瘀毒""风邪"上,主张重在"预防与动脉栓塞",治疗时首分"快慢"的方法,运用菖琥防颤汤等经验方论治房颤取得了明显的效果,为运用中西医防治房颤开拓了一条新的思路。Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common arrhythmia, modern medical treatment for atrial fibrillation is divided into drug treatment and non-drug treatment. However, as the pathogenesis of arrhythmia has not been fully elucidated, anti-arrhythmia drugs still have obvious shortcomings, and non-drug therapy also has disadvantages such as unobvious effect, easy recurrence, large side effects and high price. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages in preventing and treating atrial fibrillation. Combining Chinese and western medicine, Professor Liu believes that the main etiology of it was the imbalance of yin and yang, phlegm-stasis-toxin and wind pathogen. He emphasizes prevention of arterial embolism and the method of first minute fast and slow in treatment. And he is good at use Canghu Fangchan Decoction in the treatment of atrial fibrillation with obvious effect.
